how should i tell the barber i want this hairstyle? I dont know how to explain to him. is there a name for the hairstyle or whats the simpliest way to tell him? i think i could do it cuz my hair is sorta like the longer version of it. the only difference is that my head and face are rounder

and do you guys know how he does his hair like that except grow it long first and then cut it? is it layered? thinned? etc etc

I would say it's layered. it could be thinned (not really sure), but I'd take that to a stylist and ask them if they could do that.
