I recently ordered some hair from rkhairproducts....#4 and #27.

The hair looks great except for the fact that the colors are both about a shade or two lighter than they're suppose to be.

I'm thinking it wont be hard to fix this problem since I'm taking it down a notch, so can you ladies give me some suggestions for a true(what brand name) #4 color and #27 color to deposit on the hair to fix it?

Thank you so much!

I would bring the hair to Sally's and ask someone there who is good with color. If you're adding color you shouldn't have a problem. It's when you need to lighten it when it can cause damage.

i have added darker color to light blonde rk hair ( #22 and #24 hair), i used L'oreal color gems demi permanent color from sally beauty supply.....but you do have to test a piece first because (im not positive of this) i have heard that SOMETIMES the hair is colored with FABRIC DYE not regular hair dye and that makes it tricky

I just died one batch with the L'oreal color gems and it turned out perfect...same color as the sample in the store.

Thanks!
