the humidty is to extreme to keep these waves, especially when im playin' sports

I feel you 100%.  It's difficult to manage your waves in the summer, (with all the humidity and sweating).  Your best bet is to cut your hair a little shorter and lay off the products.  At most I would use a light moisturizer. 

If you kept your wave game tight during the winter, (wolfin and training), you'll have a tight enough pattern that will show at a lower length.  This will save you from alot of problems.

U should not put any products in yo hair while playing sports because all u are going to do is sweat it out.  Just wear a durag

well put you can also use the H20 method + compression method in the summer, no grease no heat.
