I am young- 42- with grey roots (my mom was grey at 50) and want to color those greys without damaging my hair or having to make trips to the salon every four weeks.  My hairdresser recoomends a gel color (I know they sell Redken so imagine it's Color EQ) and wonder if anyone has had experience with this.
My hair is almst black and I am very young looking- about 30 or so.
