What are the best shampoos and conditioners to use to put lots of moisture back into your hair?

My hair is fine and frizzy. Only wash it every other day, and even use frizz-eaze after shampooing and its still frizzy. Then after drying on a low cool setting I use a smoothing cream and no different.

I think most Shampoos r the same.I use Aussie Mosit though.I have very dry hair also.It use to be very oily, but I have dyed it alot.Do u have curly or wavy hair?I have thick hair with alittle wave, but I flat iron it.Do u color your hair? The reason for these ques. is cuz I can help u better.I wouldn't get a cheap Shampoo though.Pantene isn't good at all.It puts a film on your hair.Which mimics healthy hair. Not a good thing.U want something that inner the hair cuitcle.Their is a hair treatment u can try.Paul Mitchell hair treatment.U can even sleep in it with a processing cap.I use it once a week.I wish u luck!! Anymore ques. ask away.

T/Y for your reply. I do color my hair. It is fine but seems to have some natural curl or somethng. When I air dry it it is wavy as it can be. What do you think of John Frieda frizz eaze line. I use the straight sham & cond and the frizz eaze serum. It has the cones to tone it down some but i dont think its very moistrizing. And sometimes I alternate with thermasilk for colored hair.
