Date Posted: August 21 2001 at 10:47pm I had my hair professionally darkened to a dark brown shade with permanent hair dye, the color i starting to fade and I was wondering if it would be safe to refresh the color with a semi permanent hair dye, will doing this damage or fry my hair even more?
