Hi I dyed my hair red 3 days ago but everytime I wet a part and pat it with a towel I see red stains on the towel. Im terrified to shower because I don't want to lose the color..

This is the thing about red, it fades pretty quick and it is high to maintain. Just need to redo every few weeks to keep the vibrancie of the red. Did you have your hair bleached before applying the red, as there are a few fashion reds out there that you can keep applying every few weeks and its simple to do.

bleached? no I dont know much about that. All I did was buy the dye from a store and apply it myself at home. My natural color is a dark blonde

well to keep the red, you will probably have to apply the colour every few weeks. When you do wash it, each time the colour will fade, it is a hard colour to maintain.

every few weeks? Shocked isn't that really bad for the hair?

No not if you use a semi-permanent, as semi only sits on the hair shaft and does'nt penatrate deep into the cortex of the hair. So no damage.
