I am a graduate student in library science, and I am in dire need of a cut that conveys a professional image, but is super-easy to take care of. I have brown, shoulder-length, thick, course, wavy hair that tends to get frizzy no matter what I put on it (I live in Alabama - very humid!). Right now, I've been wearing headbands and barrettes because I have no idea what to do with it. I have some long bangs that looked great the first day of my last haircut, but they just kind of flop over now. I am not a girly-girl and have no clue about hair (my mother wasn't very feminine either), but I'm presenting at a professional conference at the end of the month, and I want to look good without having to spend a lot of time on my hair. I have a roundish face and plump cheeks. Please help!
