I haven't posted on here in forever so I thought I would drop in and see if anyone even remembers me. Anyway if you don't no biggie. Here is my hair as of the beginning of March:

I also remember you ! I am glad to "See" you again. You hair looks great! I am with long hair dreams, if you are still using the heat, you really can not tell.Keep up the good work. thank you all. I do not use a flat iron anymore. I do use a blow drier but not to completly dry my hair. Just for about 5 minuets to get it straight. I have also picked up a heat protector. Conditioner was the thing the really seemed to help with the shinyness and softness. My goal length is somewhere between mid back and elbow lenght. I just love my hair.
The weird thing is since I have begun taking better care of my hair I notice other people hair and want to share with them my knowledge. I set behind this girl in class for awhile who had like elbow lenght hair. She died it alot and you could see major splits like an inch up the shaft. I just wanted to trim them, it bugged me, lol! ------------- March 2007:
