Jello contains protein? I know the gelatin in jello helps hair & nails. I'm not sure what it does...I think it makes hair & nails stronger. You can also find gelatin in multivitamins & other supplements -------------  http://amandapandahair.spaces.live.com/ - My Long Hair Odyssey

i'm no expert or anything but i've always heard that the jello thing was a bunch of hype. it does contain gelatin(thats why i don't eat it-not a vegetarian food) but i'm not sure that it would make enough of a difference. you could always try it for fun though:) ------------- |

I was in Wal-Mart today and saw a bottle of gelatin tablets. I looked at the label, and gelatin does contain protein. You are MUCH better off getting the bottle of gelatin tablets.
