HI! I HAVE SOME LAYERS AND MY HAIR IS STRAIGHT BUT IT WON`T GO FLAT LIKE IT SHOULD. MY HAIR IS PUFFY. IV`E TRIED MOISTERIZING CONDITIONERS AND HAIR SERUMS BUT NOTHING SEEMS TO REALLY WORK. I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE ANY ADVICE OR SUGGESTIONS FROM ANYONE. THANKS!

Steph, I had the same problem, a few suggestions..
1. Use redken antisnap leave in conditioner after before blowdrying
2. After the hair is dry, put dryer on cool setting and brush your hair so that all over the head gets the cool air.
3. For finishing, use TIGI Bedhead Rubber Rage for texture and smoothness.(A dab will do ya)


Try those and see if that fixes your problem.
