i didnt know that kits can mess up hairlines because i have a friend that used to have a perfect shape up and now his joint is pushed back and he wants some advice because his hairline is growing so little that you cant even see his growth and i dont know what to tell this dude any advice would be great

your friends line could be genetic, I used to have the box-shapeup now I rock the inbetween box-shape and v-shape line. You cant prevent something thats gonna happen, but imma try that african gold indian hemp cause I got some light spots on my edges.
