If someone can relate or help;
I've read through these and other hair forums but can't seem to find advice specifically for naturally straight frizzy hair. I am half caucasion and half middle-eastern, that might be why my hair tends to be somewhat course, some odd waves here and there, but definitly has BABY HAIRS all over especially at the crown. My hair is generally straight but gets wavy below my shoulders. My hair length is down to my bra strap.
My hair can also easily look greasy, flat, and lifeless, especially if I use the wrong products or brush it too much. So I don't like the way serums look in my hair. Blow drying and straigtening helps but not completely and it takes forever.
Even at my hair's healthiest, still frizzy. So I know it's not completely from damage.
I'm confused as to what is fine or thick hair. I think I might have fine hair but alot of it, it gets staticy and poofy sometimes. Alot of times it just seems dull and Blah.
I don't need my hair to be stick straight, I just want the frizzies out. in fact I like volume, bounce, and some waves or curls. But In humid weather (texas) my hair is impossible.
I am using this line called "healthy hair plus" I bought online, their curly line has helped but I'm not happy with my hair still. So far Kenra straightening fluid works ok because it doesn't make my hair too greasy and cuts frizz a little. There are so many products and so much info, does anyone have any specific advice or where to start?
Thanks so much!
