If yes, then blunt or shaggy? Anyone have any good pictures?

And the purple is only manic panic, so it will fade within two days,I have already been told that it needs to be taken out...

I also like them as they are. But you could trim them a little shorter if you want to be able to waer them foreward. Them you could style them both ways.

I think your hair is very beautiful as it is!  Sideswept bangs suit you well.  But I agree with Sarsvati.  You could take your existing bangs and trim them straight across like about eyebrow level.  If you don't like the look, you can always start shoving them over to the side again and it won't take long to grow them back to their present length.

I have to say no... longer side bangs are in now... and straight across is rarely very flattering... esp if they are on the shorter side!

I like this idea, maybe the first time I will get them cut on the longer side to see if they will even look good.

Thanks for the replies everyone, those bangs are acutally ones I cut myself, they are pretty choppy.

They look fine.  Choppy isn't bad.  I cut my own side bangs, and I do them choppy on purpose so that they kinda "fade" instead of ending in a blunt line.  I just like it better that way.
