I never saw the price changes between spartan and wavebuilder's caps i get mine from Wal-Mart 4 .96 cents Wavecaps r about the only  products i buy from wavebuilder!! How long do you guys shower brush (not counting washing up. just brushin)?
I do it for at least 1 hour...most is 2 hours (if the water's hot and i'm bored. Water's free for me cuz i'm in a college apt.)

I do that long way brushing too it feels like its doing more good than the other way does, well at least in the shower.
