I have very fine,thin damaged hair. Is there any great product that I can use to get the life and shine back? I color my hair and its a little past my shoulders. please help

Sounds like a deep conditioner is in order. I like Mermade by L`Oreal. Leaves the hair like silk. A good leave-in conditioner is one by Quantum (both available at your local Sally`s store). Use a good moisturizing shampoo and conditioner and if you MUST use a hair dryer, keep it on the lowest possible heat setting.
