Although i love Victoria's style i don't know if it will be too extreme for you. You have great haor so i would suggest shoulder length (or just above) with longer layers and maybe some feathering at the front. If you still want to go shorter after this then maybe vVictoria's cut is the next one to try.
What did you have in mind?

I agree your hair is gorgeous...if it was mine I wouldnt cut it. I definitely wouldnt bleach it either. |

I think you would look great with long layers and side swept bangs. Longer hair gives you more options. But if you have your heart set on short, the Victoria cut is very nice. However, it can be high maintanance if your hair is not naturally straight. I would probably do it a little longer.
Whatever you decide hope it looks great.
