| From my recent experiences with pomade(which I've stopped using a year ago) and Lets Jam. I'm not continuing to use any more hold products. Moisturizers ftw, yay. -.- |

You may not need hold products. It depends on your hair texture. If not using hold products works for you, more power to you.
