My only complaint would be the colors, they didn't really have what I needed. Their 27 is a dark strawberry blonde with an ash tinge to it. I don't recall seeing a nice golden blonde in their line. Just a more platinum blonde. But i't's not a 1 hour mat machine like most beauty supply store brands. I only had the straight though, so I can't comment on their textures. The straight is soft but the strands feel coarser than compared to say Bohyme. But like I said, not bad at all.
