| I am 100% puerto rican and I want to know if I can get waves?? When my hair is long I rock a curly afro but when I get a dark cesar my hair gets mad strait. So do I got a shot at gettin those spinnas or what?? any help would be appreciated. |

Frizzle is mixed, they may hay different hair textures. But in order for you (latnexprs) to get waves you may have to maintain a high cut. If it curls when it's high then the cuts that you are getting may be too low. -------------
