I have baby fine, thin hair. It is right above my shoulders and it doesn`t matter how long I blow dry it under-or hot roll it, it tends to flip up.....and I can not stand it. Does anyone know a process or product that will eliminate this? Also, I can`t keep it healthy because it is so baby fine....any solutions?

~Christi

You might not like my suggestion but since you asked... I would go with it and not fight against it. Get a cute haircut that flips out (still a popular style)

The reason your hair flips out is because it is cut wrong!! I used to have the exact same problem until a friend of mine graduated from beauty school and told me that my previous stylist was not cutting my ends correctly. Now all but one strand of my hair curls under by itself and that one strand just needs a round brush and a hair dryer :)

Thanks for your help! What was wrong with the way your was cut? How did you get it cut to fix the flipping problem?

I let my friend who had just graduated beauty school cut it for me. I don`t know the technical way the hair has to be cut. It has something to do with the length and angle they cut into the ends. All I know is some stylists know what to do and some don`t!! When you find one who does--don`t switch!! :) Lot of luck!!
