i've been whining bout how curls are growin' under my waves no matter how much i brush and the more i brush the worse(unless i use a softie)
i've learned that ur hair must be wet in order for anything good to happen

You're never supposed to apply any product to a completely dry head. Your hair has to at least be damp first to help the product settle into your hair. -------------

I didn't know either but I just felt more of the effect when my head was damp so I been doing it. -------------
