I have had a perm a few weeks ago and now my hair is totally unruly. Are there any good accessories or updos that can help?

How long is your hair? What do you mean by "unruly"? There are a lot of products that tame frizz and define the curls. ALso, did you get it cut when you had the perm? The cut can make all the difference in the world!!!
