No, it doesn't give you acne. I'm sure everybody's barber sprays that on after a cut. It's only recommended if you want a nice shine to your head if you're going out to a special function. I wouldn't spray sheen in to go play ball or anything like that though. -------------

I just make sure that I don't put hair products on my face. Remember you're not trying to get waves on your eyebrows. Just your face.  -------------

My barber blocks/covers my forehead with his hand when spraying the oil sheen.
As long as you keep the product off your face you should be fine. ------------- DUB-C |

My barber used to spray sheen but I was like chill with that. Nothing against it im just not big on sheen. It doesnt give acne as far as I can tell.
