Subject: Anyone Tried Hair Formula 37? Help

Has anyone tried this Hair Formula 37 vitamin? I have done extensive research online. I have found people that it has worked for and people that it hasn't worked for. It's hard to do research on a very popular product and get "REAL" reviews. Not just people that work for the company being paid to give reviews. If you've had any experience with this product, please share!
Thank You,
Jaz

There are a lot of pills to take with Hair Formula 37. I think my regimen will improve when
I get back to work from the holiday weekend. You take 3 in the morning
before you eat. Then 2 with your first meal. Then 2 with your second
meal, then 3 before bed at night! About 10 pills. I can't remember to take them all the time. But then again. I can't complain so much if they make my hair grow one inch per month. What's your regimen for HF37?

I think you may be taking to many pills.Look at your bottles and make sure. You are supposed to take a total of 2 step one daily and 6 step two daily, divided up into regimens.I take one step 1 with three step 2 in the morning and evening. I have to eat when I take them, or else I get nauseous.

I also bought the Herbal Booster, which is two more pills. So a total of 9? I'll see how it goes.

That's a lot of pills. I just can't seem to take all of mine every day. I mean I don't think I've taken all 9 one day yet. I just can't remember to do it. I'm going to look online for a new regimen.

Well they made it sound like you shouldn't take more than like 3 at a time because your body can only absorb a certain amount at a time. But you have positive results so I guess they're wrong!

I am very happy with my results. not just with my hair, though.... my skin looks better, my nails are growing, and look very good., and my mental clarity is amazing. I have mentioned in other posts that I have history of deppression and have been on several different antideppressants. Let me clarify that I am not on anything now, and have not beenfor over a year. When I am on the HF37, I can take life so much easier with out getting over stressed out and anxious. I didn't notice it until I had forgotten to take the pills for a couple of days, and my anxiety level started to get high again ( I have been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder) Not really conecting it, I started to take the pills again, just because I remembered, and lol and behold my anxiety level went down. What started as a supplement for my hair, became a supplement for the rest of my body.

It's day 3! Why do I keep looking in mirror? Like it's going to grow 20inches overnight! ha haaa!
I say day 3 because I started over memorial day weekend. My new regimen didn't go so well with sleeping in late and all. So, I started the real routine 3 days ago. I'm so excited to see what it will look like 1 month from now...

Hey digitaldiva,
I generally found any new supplementation routine to take at least a few days to "kick in." That result specifically being less fallout! Over the course of time, you may notice other positive effects as well, possibly including faster hair growth rate, fewer/no grey strands (if you had any), and thicker hair. I take a full regimen of supplements (based on HairTopia, incidentally); fighting father time as furiously as I can.

Improvement? Well it's been almost 1 month. LOL. My hair has grown 20 inches in 3 weeks!! Just Kidding! I haven't really noticed any difference at all. My skin appears to be smoother, but that could be because I laid out in the sun last weekend. It's hard to tell. On Saturday I got a re-touch, so I'm going to assume I'll really be able to monitor my progress from here on out. We'll see. How long did it take for you guys to see additional growth due to the product versus regular hair growth?

You should be able to see the difference pretty good, now that you have had a touch up. Are you taking any other vitamins, or supplemets? Or just the HF37? Cod liver oil, fish oil, and flax oils are great for hair.Any essential fatty acids.

Oh, also how is your protein intake? if you do not get alot in your diet, make sure you are taking a protein supplement like a shake or bars. It is best to get it naturally though.

I have Flax Seed Oil and multi vitamins, but I haven't been taking them. I didn't want to put my system into some kind of overload! I guess I could start taking the fish and flaxseed oil capsules again. So, are those the ones you take?

Sounds like you are on the right track. I personally am on the Atkins diet.
I have recently switched to cod liver oil. I normally take flax and fish oils. My brother who used to compete in body building, and who went to school to be a personal trainer, told me that the cod liver oil is more concentrated. I just started taking it the beginning of this week, so it is to soon to compare.
Oh, another thing that I have found to be good, Knox gelatin for nails. I started taking it because I wanted the gelatin for joints, but it was to expensive, and the nails was pretty much the same thing, a little different, but close enough, and half the price. I can tell when I don't take it. The growth slows down.Just a side thought.

I'm trying to be on the right track I guess you could call this the Atkins diet. They have a ton of great books on amazon.com. But so many I couldn't decide which one to order. I've been pretty happy since I've started. You get to eat tastier food than low-fat nonsense. And it just seems to make more sense all together.
I will try the Cod Liver Oil, but I just bought the flax and fish oil. So, I'll try the Cod once I run out.

I just talked to my mom,who is a personal trainer, and what she told me is that cod liver oil is basically fish oil, since it is a fish. It is better for you because you don't know what kind of fish is in fish oil. Cod liver oil is a more concentrated oil, and it has vitamins A& D.They are more strict with the guidlines of testing for heavy metals poisoning with the cod liver oil. Flax seed oil is not the same. They both have essential acids, but the flax does things for you that the fish/cod liver do not, and vice versa. So basically, you should take either flax seed and cod liver oil, or flax seed oil and fish oil.
