Although I was not seeing any bald spots I was concerned. Baldness does not run in my family. My hair is also extremely dry and doesn`t hold color well. I am almost forty, by the way. Anyhow, I looked on this site and some others on herbal supplements. I have been taking St John`s Wort for three years and Glucosomine & Chro... (I don`t remember the name of it.) It is a comman supplement for arthritis. I had used that off and on for three months or so. Anyhow, I decided to elimnate both and began to use a homemade protein pack I got from Karen`s page. I also started to use Folicare from Sally`s. I am not sure what is working. But in the past two weeks I have very little hairfalling out. It is still dry but not as bad. I don`t think it was the St john`s wort causing the problems, but I saw that new health warnings about it and decided to give it up. I just thought I`d pass my expierence on and thank you Karen
