For about three months, I've been having problems with my hair. Well, near my forehead to the right and and left, I have some  strange lookind hair. I can't comb it down...it's always standing up, curling backwards in an odd way. I have hair like that around the sides of my head too.

Any way to resolve this? It's really annoying and I want my old hair back.

I'm 13 and I have wavy hair, if that helps
