Hey did anyone else ever have this problem with their crown? I kno ur supposed to brush in a circle hence the 360 pattern, but my right side has a little spot of hair that sticks up and spots up in the back when i brush like that. Usually i see peoples' crown space in the middle but for some reason mine isn't!  iS this a problem or will it eventually shift over time with more brushing??? Confused

You'll need to post pics to get an exact answer.  But, many wavers have problems with their crown.  It's usually the hardest area to wave up.  The most circulated idea on this website is to place a finger in the middle of your crown and brush in an outward circular manner with a soft brush.

If your crown is not in the middle of your head, it is extremely difficult to completely wave it up or move its off center position.  I brush my crown tediously and it's still a battle.

The top picture in my sig shows what a tight crown wave pattern looks like.

I'm saying that it took a long time for my crown to wave up and it's still a continual battle to keep it tight.  I didn't have to shift my crown, but I have to spend alot of time brushing it to keep it waved up.  All it takes is a haircut that cuts your crown a little low, essentially below your minimum wavelength, and it seems like you're back at ground zero.
