I am actually a hairstylist and I`m here to help and answer your questions.So,let it all out of your chest!

Like you,I started the same way.
I used to cut and color my own hair(what a disaster).
I used to have questions you do.What works and what doesn`t.
I GOT INTRIGUED!
SO!
I persued it as my career.

Hey Damon,

Thanks for all the help you provide here on the boards. I am personally a big fan of hairstylists because I know how hard the majority of them work and try to help their clients.

PS. I can understand how you got hooked.

If I didn`t have the HairBoutique.com and T&S Software companies to run (which consumes my entire life) I would be sitting in cosmetology classes rignt now working towards my license. I have read so many Pivot Point books and watched so many hundreds of hair care videos that I am really hooked. I just wish I had the time to go to school. :-) I am really obsessed about the color part of hair care and would love to take color classes.

Believe it or not ,it has to do more than just hair.
It is an undescribable feeling.
Think about it,you are dealing with peoples obsessions and fetishes.
People travel out of their way,just to see you.
People look up to you.
People listen to you.
People trust you.
People want ,to be you.
THIS ALL HAPPEN,when You become a Master of your trade.
Learning to be a master,is also quite rewarding.
It is a challenge,I tell yah..
But,it`s all worth it!For me atleast....
