I am a swimming instructor for the summer and will be in the water every day of the week. I was just wondering if there is any kind of shampoo and conditioner that is avaliable at stores that is good for washing out chlorine. Thanks!

Yeah, I second this question.  I have just yesterday started swimming at the Y as an extra bonus to working out.

Emily, I can only tell you the little I know.  Be sure to wet hair fully in a shower before getting in the pool.  Your hair will soak up that water...and it will be alot harder for it to soak up the chlorine.  When you get out of the pool rinse again.  I'm not sure what to use as far as shampoo.  I think what I am going to do is rinse/shampoo a lil...then comb some Loreal Hair oil into my strands to deep moisturize it.

I work at a gym and we sell special shampoo for swimmers that removes chlorine from your hair so your hair doesn't turn green or start breaking. I'm sure they sell it at special drugstores, like sally's
