I went to walgreens last night and found some stuff called "Hair Oops".  It takes the haircolor out without bleaching.  It worked perfectly on my hair with only one box.  It took all that red out and got me back to the color I was before.  So, if anyone else has a color they weren't happy with, I suggest trying this stuff.  Just a few things you should know:
 
1.  It only really works on hair that has been colored with a darker color.
2.  For best results, you should use it on hair that has been colored within the last 24 hours.
3.  When choosing a new shade to color your hair, make sure it's lighter than the actual shade you're trying to achieve.  Your hair will be more porous so it will grab on to the hair color and may end up darker.
4.  It made my hair somewhat dry, so when conditioning after rinsing I suggest using a good conditioner.
