We all know now that Knoccy cheated by using pics that werent his own. Thats completely...wrong. A 360 battle honestly something worth cheating for, its just for fun. Stealing someones pictures is just juvenile and only hurts the cheater.
Knoccy did u atleast think that if u search 360waves on google the majority of the pics would come from HB or 360.net????  ...cmon
Anyways as for punishment. I would suggest a straight up ban. But that is pretty useless. He could just make a new account. Besides he did confess...after the fact. And also what would he be banned from?? Learning how to get nice hair? Seriously.. I think he should keep his name and a should be fined...with his posts. Big should set his posts to zero, and he is denied battling privelages for a period of time...left to the discretion of HB members through a poll.Furthermore, he will never make it to vip status.Meaning no admin, no vip room. As to whether he can battle in a team, that is also to the discretion of HB members. W/e happens this is just an example to other members. Dont cheat. Or dont get caught.  -------------

No need to ban him (even though that's what I originally said) Acting public defender:
*clears throat* My client has learned from his mistake your honor. He throws himself at the mercy of the court. He was just a young juvenile, eager to please. My client is asking for leniency from the honorable BIG. I would also like to add that he was man enough to admit to the crime.

na I'ma stop now. I think Knoccy has learned from his mistake seriously. And keep in mind that a lot of the posters on here are real young (I'm just now finding that out) and that's the kind of things that jitterbugs do.
