My sister just used Loreal Color Remover and didn't use gloves...Dead.  Now she has white stains on a few of her fingers.

Does anyone know of a trick to get it off?

Well, I never used that stuff, but looking at the ingredients:

Sodium Persulfate , Potassium Persulfate , Sodium Lauryl Sulfate , Strontium Dioxide , Sodium Metasilicate , Ammonium Chloride , Cellulose Gum , Dioctyl Sodium Sulfosuccinate , EDTA , Ultramarine Blue , Water , Hydrogen Peroxide , Pentasodium Pentetate , Sodium Stannate , Tetrasodium Pyrophosphate

Are the spots painful?  If so, it seems more likely that the white spots are not really stains but intensely dry skin (which you may have seen before if you've ever used 40 volume developer...a strong concentration of hydrogen peroxide can cause this).  The first two chemicals are irritants as well.  She needs to wash her hands really well if she hasn't already done so, and use a strong moisturizer on them for a few days.
