i put a level 7 C - Curry on my level 6 1/2 or so and it went really dark...i don't want any brown in my hair whatsoever....what in the $%#@ happened? hair could still be pourous? i have been getting redken defrizz and strength shots of vitamins. it had to be the porisity....but it even went dark at new growth....any sugestions? i don't want to damage my hair further...but i hate brown on me. i am a natural redhead. any help would be lovely....irishroyal, are you anywhere?

i fixed my problem...i put a mixture of bleach, 20 v, shampoo and conditioner on hair for 5 min and now it is a beautiful amber red color....next time i will only put in a little color and the rest clear. i think i am writing to myself....oh well, i seem facinating....ha

well thank you.....i too am glad it worked....i only left it on for about 5 min...bleach is wonderful and scary at the same time...thanks for your response....what do you do to your hair?
