You need serious help. Aphogee won't do it with that type of damage. The molecules in it are too big and can not penetrate the hair properly.
Try Nexuss emergencee, or Joico Deep penetrating reconstructor. Now they are way more expensive, but totally worth it. They have the right molecular weight and get the job done right.
Now, keep in mind, protein treatments are not designed to soften hair. After a protein treatment your hair will feel like straw. That is normal. Do a deep conditioning with a good rich conditioner. I use Redken Butter treat, but you can use whatever works for you. If you decide to go with the Nexuss emergencee, ignore the instructions wich tell you to apply for 2 minutes. You need to leave the stuff on for 15-20 minutes. Cover your hair with a heat cap and go under the dryer or apply heat with a blow dryer or heat cap. The shampoo out, and reapeat the same process with the conditoner. By the second time you do it, you won't believe the difference. Do it once a week the first 2-4 weeks (depending on how bad the damage is) and once a month after that.
Your hair will come back to life. Trust me, I was able to save my friend's hair that way, and she showed up at my house with GREEN hair. Yes green. It was the result of hair that had been chemicaly straighten, and then bleached to do high lights. After months of hair breaking and changing colors, she decided to use a sem-permanent color. However hair was so damaged, it was unable to hold on to semi-perm color. So the color bled out, and all that was left was the base. The color was blue black, so the base was green. I almost past out when I saw her.
It took me almost 7 hours to fix her hair,I had to do a protein treatment to remove all the semi-perm color and of course to buffer the damage. Then deep condition. Then dry her hair so I could apply permanent color (which I refuse to do at the begining but she insisted) then I had to deep condition again, then blow dry and style her hair. But when I was done, people were asking her where she got her hair done for days. It looked glorious and healthy.
Monthly protein treatments and weekly deep conditioning did the rest.
Hope that helps.
Good luck and great hair.
