Good Morning!  I was just looking over the board and saw Flaxseed Oil...I take it every day, it is very good for you...I have noticed the change in my skin it is very smooth and look more toned...it has reduced my husband's blood pressure and cholesterol, it is also good for your hair, i have noticed the change in texture in my hair..it is softer...it has helped a friend of mine with her hair, she swears by it...her hair is beautiful...she is the one that introduced me to it...but she has been taking it for years.
