Same question as on the teen hair board...
How many people would feel OK about cutting a partners hair?
My partner has asked me if I could trim hers to avoid going to the salon (she hates it), but I`m not quite sure how it should be done. Any advice welcome...

It depends on how you are going to cut it. My hair is so funny. WHen it was cut short, kind of above my ears (not by my choice, it was a new stylist, and I learned my lesson) it grew like a weed!!! I`d have my boyfriend cut the back straight across about once a week (no lie) to help it catch up to the sides. After it grew out enough, i went back to having a hairdresser do it.
Now that I want it to grow long, it grows so darn slow!
