Honestly, does this work?  If so, how does it work?  Do you use it every day or just once a week?
 
I tend to get bags under my eye and need to find a good product that works.  I have heard that cucumber slices will also help.
 
What about aspirin facials?  Do they help with undereye bags?
 
Tips anyone?

Yes, it does work. However, I'm assuming you are refering to the bags you get because of lack of sleep, or crying (not because of age, those only go away with surgery).
 
Preparation H is an anti-inflamatory, and when applied to swolen eyes it will "de-puff them". You don't apply every day. You apply as needed. It works very well, and fast.
