i just got a regular caesar cut and i wont to know how long down it take for the waves to form i see mini waves but i want them all around

it can take a decent amount of time depending on ur hair texture and much brushin u put in..

I have been tryin to get a Caesar for the longest but I can't find anyone to cut it yet. Hopefully when I get back to the states someone will be able to help for less than $20 Them damn Washington State high azz haircut prices.
