Just wandering are slicones bad for my hair ... I read that it protects your hair isnt that a good thing ?

Yep.......and it's really too bad cuz my hair looks really good with products that contain it.......guess that goes for a lot of people. I am fiercely trying to grow out my hair so I'm being really careful with what products I use and how often I use them...

I read coconut oil does the same thing but strengthens the hair as well ....
