Date Posted: July 22 2007 at 2:55am I just chemically straightened my hair using a thio straight perm.  My hair is super straight, but now it seems so flat and lifeless - it just sticks to my head.  In other words, its not like the straight hair I achieve from using a flat iron, which is kinda stiff and pointy upwards so it looks more like hair and less like black tissue paper on my head.  It is possible for me to permanently achieve that flat iron look using a chemical straightening product?
