I am new to this forum. I am having problems with my hair and I am wondering what to do. My hair is very thin and soft. It won't hold a perm or a press. It has no body. I don't even no how to style it. Can anyone help me out.

I would suggest for you to use a relaxer for volume.. Optimum has no-lye relaxers just to give hair body and bounce. Second of all, I would suggest for you to get some shampoo and conditioners specifically for volume. And last but not least when styling your hair use mousse or lend forward and spray some volumizing spray in it.. I hope this helps..

Have you tried rollersetting the hair for fullness and volume?  My hair is fine as well, and rollersetting really gives it that extra umph!

I'd also suggest a rinse of some kind.  If you are pleased with the color you already have, I'd go with a clear rinse.  This will give you a little protein to help plump up those strands, and it'll give the appearance of thicker hair without the damage of more permanent coloring.

You also want to be careful with layering products on your hair if it's fine.  A little goes a long way for fine hair!  HTH!
