One the bottle it says to take one twice a day but because of my digestive problems I'm finding it hard to manage that so I usually only end up getting one a day.Would it be all right to take two capsules together instead of one twice a day it would certainly make things alot easier for me as well as ensuring I get the full dose ------------- [IMG]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v339/Nastasska/fuseli_nightmare-1.jpg" /> Cats may have staff but dogs have slaves, tired ones |

Hi Nastasska, I'm guessing the basis for the twice-per-day recommendation is to ensure that your body more constantly has available supplies of the ingredients to provide its benefit. But if you can more readily digest 2 pills once per day, instead of one pill twice per day, then I would say do what works best to minimize or eliminate discomfort. ------------- |
