I have naturally dark hair and eye brows (my hair is naturally about as dark as Joey from dawsons creek but my eye brows are just allittle thicker) and I have a olive and really really tanned compection. I normally get highlights to lighten my hair afew shades but this time I want to do something drastic. A friend told me that I wouldn`t be able to go really blonde because of my eye brow color, do ya`ll think thats true? I have a hair appointment in a couple days so if you guys could e-mai me with an answer tha`d be great! Thanks!
