Wolfin is growing your hair out until it reaches the point of unmanageabilty, while brushing regularly and vigourously throughout the process.  Wolfin reduces your minimum wavelength and increases wave visibility and definition.  Generally, wolfin starts with about three weeks of hair growth and some wavers on this site have wolfed in excess of eight weeks.  Many wavers on this site, also, use pomade, Let's Jam, carrot creme and various other holding products while wolfin.  Holding products allow for you to temporarily gain manageability and improved wave appearance during the wolfin period/session.

Wolfin is growin ya hair out alot longer than u usually would while continuing 2 brush yo hair as much(if not more) as u usually do. The time u wolf varies dependin on the person. SOme people can go for long times like 15 weeks and others can only go 4 about 5 weeks. The more u wolf the longer you'll b able 2 do it the next time u wolf. When u wolf it deepens yo wave pattern, u train your hair 2 b able 2 lay down longer and yo hair will stay intact longer when its long. This saves alot of money on haircuts.  Holding products help alot when wolfin just dont go crazy with 3 different pomades.

I recommend a medium or hard brush during wolfin.  Some wavers prefer a soft brush for touch-ups and connection improvements, also.

I would recommend Let's Jam-orange top or a medium pomade for wolfin.  You have to experiment with different holding products to find out which ones work best for your hair texture.

Depending on the length you could use a medium to hard brush. Just use cc and the h2o method to start with. The products don't get you waves brushing does.

While wolfin you should wear your durag as much as possible to help train your hair to lay down.
