Has anyone used this?  I bought this from Sally's out of recommendation from the salesgirl for toning, and another member that has used it.
I have some strawberry dark blonde extension hair that I want to tone down the strawberry, as it's way too orange for me. I don't mind keeping some of the reddish tone, I just want to tone down the orange.
The Sally's girl is having me try the Ash Blonde from colorgems, with the 9vol developer.  I will definitely do a test on a couple strands for timing.

I have thankfully learned from all here about the fact that there are different based ash colors.  However the colorgems doesn't say if it's a green based ash, or blue based ash.  I believe from what i've read now, that I want a blue based ash.  So I wonder, with the orangey strawberry, will it be that much of a difference when toning?  Say, if it's a green based ash, what sort of results will be on the orange, compared to a blue based ash?

thank you so much for any opinions!barmy
