2 Days for waves, when I had braids I did it for about 4 to keep my hair fresh. -------------

Like 18 hours. I used 2 wear headbands all the time tho. The only time I wasnt wearin 1 was when I was in the shower. I had like $300 worth of headbands LOL. I had 1 on about 23 hours a day. That was years ago when everybody was wearin em tho. ------------- |

Same..I never keep mine on..I take it off to brush...Sleep with it on..Take it off in the morn for a quick mornin brush..put it on..chill...take it off shower......brush...put it back on and cycle. -------------

| Let ya hair breathe mah dudes...dont be wearin it 24/7 like that its not good for your hair lol. I think my max would maybe be like 10 hours? I was sleepin though and when i'm awake and put it on I might have it on for about 2 or 3 hours and it just starts bothering me |

It was 5 straight days for me.I was about 8 or 9 months into waving and I think I read on here that keeping on that long would some how help your waves.It messed up when I was sleep a couple times but it never came more that half way off. ------------- Meech313 defeated KingCash-tie rematch soon
