My hair color is blonde and is straight of medium length. I was wondering on how my hair would look to other people if I permed it spiral curl.

hair that`s not long tends to look better straight.

Hey, any hair tends to look better straight, but again, that`s just a personal opinion! :D

I disagree with you Duke but you said that was a personal opinion so I won`t get into a big curly vs. straight fight with you. :)

anyway......

You could always try putting it in rollers when it is wet to get an idea of what your hair would look like curly. This would be a way to experiment without doing anything permanent.

Hi Angie

I totally agree with Snow White. Experiment with other options before committing to a perm.

A good friend of mine has the Heatcap and we get terrific spiral curls that last about 2 days with it. Check it out at:

I also know someone that has Sassy Curlers and she gets very nice spiral curls with them too. You can see a picture of them at:

You could also try using rag curlers too. I have gotten very nice sausage curls using this technique. Of course, it also depends on the length of your hair.

The best thing about these products/techniques is you get the curls without the commitment and harsh chemicals of a perm.

Good luck! ;)
