does anyone do hot oil? if so how often? what type of oil? does this replace co-wash? or oil tratment night before wash? thanks so much for replies. Tongue

No I still do conditioner washes.  I do conditioner washes evry other day. or oil tratment night before wash? I do a hot oil treatment everytime I wash. At least every 5-7 days. I use Carol's daughter Lisa's Hair Elixir and castor oil. No it doesn't replace my co-wash.
