nope thats clearly impossible.
your genes determines how your hair will be so you cant really change it.
its like trying to change your hair colour.

Ok ima spit truth. TEXTURIZERS LOOSEN CURLS, THEY DO NOT TIGHTEN THEM. And yes... Iwave, well spoken. Perms. I honestly don't know a LOT about perming short hair, but I am almost positive a former member of these boards years ago said that he permed his hair occassionally to help wave up certain sections, not sure.. but Im thinking it was Bigmike our former mod. Sleepy B's guide is a collection of all the information on this forum.
